What does converting a design to SVG preserve?
The converter traces visible shapes and color regions. It can preserve the appearance of clear flat artwork, but it cannot restore hidden layers, fonts, constraints, or edit history from the original design file.
Flattened artwork needs reconstruction
A screenshot or exported raster contains the final pixels only. Tracing estimates boundaries between them and creates new paths, so typography and precise geometric construction may need manual review.
