Reporting a conversion problem
Describe what happened and optionally attach one source image that reproduces the issue. Regular conversions stay in your browser; an image is sent only when you deliberately attach it to this form.
For a useful bug report, include:
- the source format and approximate image dimensions;
- the use case you selected;
- the settings you changed;
- what you expected and what appeared instead;
- the browser and device when the problem looks browser-specific.
Only attach an image you are allowed to share. Remove private or confidential content first. Attachments are used to understand and troubleshoot your report.
Privacy and data questions
For access, deletion, consent, or another privacy request, select that topic in your message and identify the request clearly. The Privacy Policy explains local image processing, optional feedback attachments, analytics, Turnstile, and Cloudflare services.
