1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit VectorizeThis, use its image-to-SVG converter, or send feedback or support requests. VectorizeThis is the service operator and determines how information described here is used. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to adminmax@gmail.com.
2. Image conversion stays in your browser
Normal image analysis, tracing, previews, SVG optimization and downloads run locally in your browser. Your source images and generated SVGs are not uploaded to VectorizeThis during ordinary conversion. They may still exist in your browser memory and local temporary storage while the page is open.
An image is sent to us only when you deliberately attach it to a support or review form, or check the option to send selected original images for debugging. The form shows which images will be included before submission.
3. Information we process
Site delivery and security
Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, security, rate limiting and Workers Static Assets. Requests can therefore include an IP address, URL, timestamps, browser and device information, HTTP headers and security signals. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver and protect the site.
Product analytics
We collect limited product events to understand whether conversions work and how the tool is used. These events can include the selected or preselected use case, whether default or manual settings were used, allowlisted conversion settings, coarse counts and size ranges, completion or failure stage, warning counts, and download or copy actions. We do not include source image bytes, generated SVG markup, filenames, image text, EXIF data, palette values or exact artwork dimensions in these product events. Events are written to Cloudflare Analytics Engine using a fresh random write index that is not used to follow a person across visits. Analytics Engine data is retained for approximately three months.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides aggregate page-view and performance information. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-focused and says it does not use cookies or track visitors across sites.
Feedback and support
When you submit a form, we receive your email address, message, sanitized conversion context, Turnstile verification information, and any image you chose to attach. Attachment filenames may be included with the email. Attachments are sent directly through Cloudflare Email Service to our support inbox; VectorizeThis does not intentionally store them in a separate image database. Email providers may retain the message and attachments according to their own systems and our support needs.
4. Why we use information
We process information to provide and secure the site, detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to messages, measure reliability, and improve presets and product design. Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be performance of a requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and improving it, consent for optional image submissions, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for infrastructure, analytics, bot protection and email delivery, and an email provider to receive support messages. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Their systems may process information outside your country. Safeguards required by applicable law are used where available. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
6. Retention
Browser-held conversion data normally disappears when it is released by the page or browser. Product analytics are retained for about three months. Feedback and support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, investigate a problem, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Cloudflare may retain operational and security logs according to its service settings and policies.
7. Your choices and rights
You can use the converter without sending feedback images. You can decline optional attachments, close the form, block storage through browser controls, or stop using the site. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when law permits or requires it.
8. Children
VectorizeThis is a general-purpose tool and is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including limited event fields, browser-local conversion, rate limiting and Turnstile. No online system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be presented appropriately on the site.
